According to the historical and anthropological studies Africa is the mother of all civilizations in the world. The most primitive societies are assumed to be originated from Africa and its neighboring lands. And as a result of it religion, culture, art, architecture of African countries has flourished abundantly. African tradition is one of the richest possessors of a civilized human clan. Africans started their interactions between them with the help of dance and music. Much later writing became one of the components of their mode of communication.

 

 

The thumping and vibrant beats of drums are associated with the African culture in a major extent and Africans are the proud producers several musical instruments like Nyatiti, flute, Kayamba, trumpets and so on. Wedding takes a special place in African culture. In fact it is the most ancient and age old community ritual that is followed by the Africans with deep religious and family values. The weddings are generally gatherings of people of all ages and communities. Africans treat marriage as a holy ritual and therefore no separation and divorce is encouraged by the African society. African men are allowed to have more than one spouse at a time.
